FAQ

• Will my images be posted online? Absolutely not, unless you have provided me with your explicit consent. I prioritize the privacy of your images above all else. You are a paying client.

• Do I need to have any experience? Not at all! It is my responsibility to guide you throughout the whole experience, including posing, facial expressions, and selecting the best outfits to make you look absolutely stunning.

• Am I too old or do I need to be a certain size? I specialize in photographing women, there is no age limit other than being over 18, and there is no size, shape, or body condition requirements of any kind. My special talent is seeing the beauty in women no matter what.

• What can I do to settle my nerves? Please know that most of the women I have worked with have felt the same way you do right now. This may seem like one of the scariest things you may ever do, but it is truly one of the most liberating experiences of your life. I am confident that by the time we're done, you'll be excited to do it all over again and wondering why it ever took you so long to take the leap. However, if you still have doubts, I recommend starting with a consultation to address any concerns you may have. An in person meeting can help to offer you more guidance specific to your needs.

• Will there be retouching to my images? Yes! All purchased images receive my artistic touch and delicate retouching to showcase the best version of yourself. I do my best to keep editing to a minimum because I want you to fall in love with you.

• How long is a typical session? A full Boudoir Experience is approximately 5-6 hours to complete. This includes hair and makeup (1.5-Hours), your shoot (1.5-2-Hour), break for image preparation (1-Hour) and images viewing (1-Hour). Special sessions usually take about 3 hours, followed by a separate viewing appointment the following week lasting around an hour.

• Do you offer Hair and Makeup? Yes I do. I have been doing hair and makeup for my clients for the past 8 years. I have developed my makeup style to suit boudoir photography so your face will always look stunning in the finished images. I keep in mind that many of my clients like to go out for the evening after their shoot, so you don’t have to worry about looking over done. Below are a few samples of my makeup and hair styling.

• I hate shopping for lingerie, what do I do? You come see me for a consultation, and I will help you pick out the right pieces from our client closet. I will even teach you how to shop for your own lingerie. This isn’t a typical lingerie fitting like you get at Victoria’s Secret, I actually help you, and teach you.

• Are your sessions only for women? While women are my primary focus, I also photograph men, couples, and individuals who identify outside of the gender binary. Please note I do not shoot erotica for men or couples.

• What if I don’t like myself in the picots? I can understand how this might be a concern, and I can’t promise you that you will love every photo, or that you will like every bit of you in every photo. What I do know with certainty is that 100% of the women who I photograph like their images more than they expected they would. It is impossible to fix every unhealthy self perception in a single day, but I know I can help you see the good parts, and soften your judgements about the rest.
